My role in Lacasa was to oversee and manage multiple design stakeholders from consultants to clients by being the Project safe keeper, while representing the firm as the main point of contact.Handling multiple high end projects ranging from super high rise commercial and residential towers and hotels, to mixed use and hospitality projects. Responsibilities Included:- Collecting project information from various parties and communicating the requirements with concerned project teams.- Preparing initial cost estimates in coordination with QS- Initiating, developing and maintaining the project time schedule- Initiating, developing and maintaining the project NOC registers- Management of multiple Design Stakeholders- Organizing and Chairing Interface Design meetings and workshops.- Managing the Design process.- Managing design/project interactions – where external influences need consideration (utilities, infrastructure etc., roads and traffic, civil aviation, etc.)- Monitoring compliance with the Project Brief.- Monitoring progress against the Project Scope.- Monitoring Invoicing process and Variations/Claims against deliverables.

Head of Design. In charge of projects from conception stage until execution(Clients meetings, Architectural and interior concepts, Architectural and interior execution drawings, Site supervision , Team management (12 members) and contracts Drafting) Handled a big number of high-end residential palaces, commercial spaces, off-shore projects,Residential buildings, 5 star hotels and Shopping Malls in the UAE and abroad.

In charge of the projects from conception stage until execution ( Clients meetings, Architectural and interior concept, Architectural and interior Execution Drawings, Team management (4 members) and Site supervision ) Reported straight to the MDHandled dozens of high-end residential palaces and office buildings in the UAE and GCC

Team Leader ( 10 members) (Responsible of design coordination, clients meetings, authorities follow up and site supervision) reported straight to the Technical Manage, Managed a team of 8 architects and draftsmen.
