Leading the project management unit by guiding the internal project delivery processes to ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions. Besides, I work as the Product Owner of mPower MEL product and Health Solutions.Responsibilities:- Improve and implement ongoing processes of project and product management unit - Co-ordinate and set priorities of resources for ongoing projects & products to ensure maximum output and client satisfaction- Communicate with the partners to build rapport, resolve conflicts and optimize resources' utility - Set visions for the mPower Survey & MEL products, and own the products as a requirement provider- Develop business by pitching and demonstrating mPower Health and MEL products to externals- Supervise SAs and BAs on MEL & Health solution designs in Opensource platforms, like- OpenSRP, Bahmni, OpenMRS, ODK, Kobo toolbox, etc.Achievements:- Implemented JIRA as the common platform for all the resources to manage project delivery and product sprint management- Introduced daily stand-up and bi-weekly governance meetings to enable resource management and strategic decision making- Led the design and development of the MEL product and successfully delivered 10+ projects with the government of Bangladesh and INGOs, including- UNICEF, IOM, FAO, BRAC, TDH, etc.

At mPower, I design and manage technology solutions for solving real-life problems, like- health, education, finance, monitoring, with development organizations and government. The end-users here are mostly front-line workers who are usually less tech-savvy and marginally educated. Besides, I contribute to the business development team by developing technical requirement documents.Achievements: - Designed and managed the mHealth project for BRAC Health, Nutrition, and Population Programme (HNPP), the largest community health platform around the globe, with 6,000 Community Health Workers serving 120 million people in Bangladesh. The solution includes a mobile application for CHWs, a web portal for managers, and an EMR solution for clinics. - Designed the EMR solution for Surjer Hashi Network Bangladesh and Advancing Universal Health Coverage (AUHC) for 350+ SHN clinics all over Bangladesh. Along with the EMR solution, this system provides a solution for the SHN network to move from the donor fund model to an enterprise model, as it includes the total billing and accounting system for the clinics centrally.- Designed multiple M&E solutions for Bangladesh National Nutrition Council, Planning Ministry, and Unicef are some of the comprehensive ones.- Designed an EMR solution for Humanitarian Response by BRAC at Ukhia, Teknaf funded by the European Union. - Designed a solution for Sustainable Social Services in Chittagong Hill-tracts Programme of Bangladesh government in collaboration with Unicef Bangladesh. - Co-designed a disaster-related Decision Support System in collaboration with START fund and Action Against Hunger.- Co-designed solution for IOM Prottasha project to improve the quality of service provided by IOM Bangladesh in partnership with BRAC.- Developed 15+ technical proposals in response to RFQs and partnered up with most of them.

- Led the digital solution team and managed the design and development of the digital eco-system of the Infolady Social Enterprises, iSocial. The solution includes a supply chain and sales solution where a product is tracked from sourcing from distributors to selling individual clients. - Managed development of the solution and end to end contract with the vendor.- Provided training to 500 Kallyanis, female entrepreneurs, on the digital solution and monitored their activities.

- Led 3 projects of Innovation Fund for Mobile Money with BRAC Microfinance, BRAC Education Programme and BRAC Integrated Development Programme; covering more than 5 million BRAC clients- Managed the ins and outs of the projects, e.g. -Planning, budgeting and monitoring, outsourcing, donor reporting, implementation follow up etc. - Designed and prototype block-chain, mobile-money and digital currency based cashless solution for BRAC- Designed an android application for BRAC clients to solve customer service related problems of bKash and conducted training to the service providers(Customer Service Assistants)- Facilitated BRAC programmes on creating programme log frame and Monitoring & Evaluation log frame.- Managed and analyzed data of Innovation Fund for Mobile Money
