• Responsible to establish and maintain communication with a specific CRM(salesforce) client,• Frequent follow ups with the clients to collect RFP, getting in touch with the development teams, getting approvals for the budget, providing client serving for the clients till delivery of services.• Responsible for managing, marketing and promoting the service we provide through, all social media pages.• Interact with Clients to define project deliverables, assign teams to develop project plan to manage cost, schedule, and quality to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the project deliverables.• Generate leads and take presentation for all the prospective clients.

• Discuss with Product management team/Client and define detailed requirements documents and functional specifications• Developing Functional Requirements documents.• Reviewing and signing off Functional Specifications documents.• Creating Test Plan, in Defect Management & Validation/ Attending Business Call.• Identify and communicate risks to delivering solution on time• Engaging with the team during the entire STLC right up to client rollout.• Thorough understanding of Testing Life Cycle• Extensive experience in Black Box Testing/Functional Testing, Cross Browser Testing and Regression Testing • Phase-wise Requirements gathering, preparing MoMs , requirements docs etc.• Involved in writing the test scenarios.• Testing the front-end application.• Responsible for checking the defects logged by the testers and assigning those defects to developers for correction• Responsible for taking calls with the clients and understanding their business needs and managing the team to work accordingly• Process monitoring and adherence – status reports, minutes of meetings, sign-off on checkpoints, One point of contact for vendor/business/QA team/UAT
