o Implementation of (GP) Great plains financial system (Microsoft-ERP).o Controls the chart of accounts. Ensures that system entries andtransactions are properly recorded and comply with the chart and withbudget lines to maintain and control data integrity. o Ensures proper and timely filing and archiving of accounting documents and related records.o Reviewing accounts receivable with all applicable supporting. And handlingreceivables movements, reconciliation, and agingo Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement and Monitor bank balancesand replenish when needed.o Handle fixed asset register and calculate the depreciation periodicallyaccording to the rates decided.o Prepare periodical revenue reports and statistics monthly, quarterly, andat the year end.o Reduce the overall outstanding days and amounts overdue collectiono Preparation of all accounting documents such as general expenses, Pettycash vouchers.o Coordinating with manager to send reminders to clients for longoutstanding receipt.o Monthly Reconciliation of Related parties.o Preparing the monthly payroll of entire staff of the employero Assist in preparing the annual budget and preparing the quarterlycomparing reports (Actual VS budget)o Any other work as a part of my duty, assigned to me by the headero Participating in the end of year finalization & closing.o Interacting with external auditors regarding finalization.
