Drove beta launch of company’s flagship software platform: recruited beta tester community of 70, compiled documentation, onboarding materials and video demos to ensure good first use experience, created and managed feedback cycle and integrated voice of the customer into product development; developed strategy and business model for public launch of product based on beta findings; drafted messaging collateral and implemented A|B testing via email and on the web using Optimizely.

Conducted research with HBS Faculty on judgment, ethical decision-making, and behavioral economics, with applications to organizational and consumer behavior; proposed, designed and ran 3 studies with faculty on cost evaluation, cooperation and ethical behavior.
