As the Team Leader of Creative Marketing, I strive to collaborate and embrace each of my team members. The goals we aim to achieve as creative marketing are to enhance awareness of AIESEC in South Tangerang area and to improve our social media performance by creating well-designed and consistent content.

As a probies, we learn through practical experience over several months to be selected as AIESEC members. Additionally, we receive mentoring from AIESEC members. Some examples of practical experience include creating IG feeds content, IG reels content, and engaging in physical marketing activities such as open booths.

• Answer every customer question in Direct Message or Comment, by checking the social media account every 15 min, the question from the followers always answered.• Create some content to increase customer awareness, like create some interactive ig stories, or repost story when the audience mentioned us.• Recap sponsorship email, in a month there will be a lot of sponsorship email that i must recap, so i usually use google spreadsheet to recap that sponsorship email.

With the introduction of Microsoft 365 for use at UIN Jakarta, it requires the UIN Jakarta people must to adapt and migrate from Google to Microsoft. As the Coordinator of Microsoft Team Taskforce, my responsibilities is conducting socialization and mentoring sessions for the usage of Microsoft 365. I also help the people for resolving issues that may arise during the use of Microsoft 365. Furthermore, as a coordinator, my role involves ensuring the smooth operation of my team, with each member making progress.
