At the Depot I’m head of customer pick up for furniture. Every week I unload a truck of inventory with my team. Scanning each piece for my warehouse. I do an inventory check list. Have to work with spreadsheet's Microsoft word. I deliver excellent customer service when customers come pick up there items.

At my job my position is to keep the the customers satisfied and help them with their needs. I also sale products to customers. I answer the company’s phone to set up appointments and answer any questions. I accept payments through our payment system debit or credit. I use the computer to log invoices and customers info for the future.
