Prepare Bank reconciliation statement collection and disbursement accounts.Prepare Commission of sales staff.Reconcile ledger balances of A/P and prepare prepaid schedule.Prepare utility, rent surveyor and all vendor payment.

Bank Reconciliation of collection and disbursement accounts.Make cash position of company and approved by CFO.All banking matter related with company.Coordinate with company secretary for updated documents. (Open and Close bank account). Branch OfficerTo send branch business MIS to Head office daily basis.Handle office administration.Maintain petty cash.Assist customer resolving business issue.
