Architectural Designer with experience of 15 + years in a variety of projects and architectural fields including cultural institutions, residential & commercial buildings, community groups, healthcare facilities. Designing of any kind of space with respect to the nature of user is one of my strengths. The kind of space which will arise the sense of ownership in user's mind is key of my design. Playing with Z axis, Lights , Shade , Shadows & most important i.e. kind of material is my approach in design development. Expertise in project management, planning and design development from concept to handover. I have a strong ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines, managing all aspects, including client communication, site management, building inspection and materials submittals. I also possess excellent AutoCad, 3D Studio Max skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly, professionally and concisely as required by the project team.Beside of mentioned above expertise , I have very strong grip on Building Supervision & manual sketching which is essential to brief clients spontaneously while discussing initial project brief. In other words, expert in bringing aggregate of my Design Concept & Requirements of Client on paper in form line & masses is one of my abilities.
