Provide expert-level technical support to end-users, addressing a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, network, and peripheral device problems.Imaging, and configuring laptops/desktops.Deploy and collect machines from office locations across the campus.Implementing and supporting Duo Mobile for two-factor authentication.Utilizing CyberArk to manage privileged accounts and access credentials.Mobile Device Management:Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.Investigate and analyze IT problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades, to ensure optimal performance and security. Maintain detailed records of IT support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory. Contribute to knowledge bases for future reference.Assisting with CrashPlan for data backup and restoration.Data Protection and Backup.Implementing USB drive encryption to safeguard sensitive data.Utilizing MECM for software deployments and patch management.Security:Installation of VoIP devices.Provide guidance and training to end-users on IT best practices and the effective use of technology tools and software.Ensure that IT systems and practices comply with security standards and policies to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cyber threats.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT administrators, network engineers, and software developers, to resolve complex issues and improve IT infrastructure.Handle deployments, including full seat setups with docking stations, monitors, printers, and accessories.Install applications according to client specifications and ensure users are placed in the correct OU (Organizational Unit).Comply with Federal Government Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Inventory and Asset Management.
