Sourcing of goods & services; ▫ Cross Checking materials stock and inventory level with Planning and Store; ▫ Performing variety of duties to ensure, monitor, control and co-ordinate contracts & procurement bound compliances; ▫ Analyze volumes & creates forecasts to leverage market trends and minimize impacts of seasonal downturns; ▫ Creating agendas and communication materials for team meeting/discussion session; ▫ Spearheading new initiatives to find raw material supply; ▫ Develop, review, and implement best fit SCM process & policies, SOP, SLA and guidelines pertaining to sourcing, procurement and warehousing activities; ▫ Generating monthly & quarterly short ranged plans for ensuring procurement effectiveness; ▫ Representing department in interactions with clients, customers, management and other authority in procurement & supply chain matters; ▫ Follow up on the overall Procurement processes.

Kalna Bridge Project. ▫ Managing & supervising 4 team members. ▫ Approve purchase decision. ▫ Negotiate rates and payment terms with the vendor for local purchase, work and foreign purchase. ▫ Preparation Supply Chain related reports as and when required.

Preparation Supply Chain related reports as and when required.
