As the Vice President of TargetStream Technologies, I lead a team of software engineers who develop innovative solutions for Electronic Bill Payment and Presentation (EBPP) document transformations. With over 11 years of experience in software development, accessibility, and meteorology, I bring a unique combination of skills and knowledge to the company.I started my career as a weather forecaster for the United States Air Force, where I gained a strong work ethic, a solution-oriented mindset, and a leadership role. I was the NCOIC of mission operations, as well as being responsible for directing a system install and managing a multi-million dollar weather system program update. After completing my application developer training at Centriq Training, I joined TargetStream Technologies as a software engineer in 2015. Since then, I have been involved in various corporate enterprise-level projects and improving the EBPP process for our clients. I became the Vice President in 2021 and have been leading the company's vision and strategy ever since.My mission is to use my expertise in software development and accessibility to create solutions that enhance the efficiency, productivity, and quality of the EBPP industry with an emphasis on Digital Accessibility. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a dynamic and cutting-edge field.
