Topics ranging from HSEQ compliance to physical and mental well-being. Delivered to 100+ individual employees and subcontractors.- Site wide SWMS Development, modification and review. - Representative at Client design & site sub-contractor meetings and Handovers- Co-ordination of deliveries and major plant - Take offs / Procurement – General Lighting, Power, Hired Plant and Temporary services- Variation creation, compilation, reviews- Relevant Quality assuranceMajor Works Responsible for:Fit Out:Supervision of General Lighting, Power and Communications to 8 Levels encompassing the entire footprint of the IRD:- Cast in services to all exposed concrete soffits. Spread into a minimum of 5 separately run Zones. Each with multiple pours and Jump form systems connecting seamlessly together. - Rough in, Fit off and commission of General Power, Lighting and Communications including Switchboards and Racks. Temp Power and Lighting:- Fed from 3 HV Transformers / MSBs (Later to be transferred to the permanent LV infrastructure)- Major Temp Power to all Personnel Hoists, Jump form Systems, Concrete Pumps and Tower cranes. - Temp MSBs, Sub Dbs and Construction Dbs. - Temp Lighting throughout incorporating an emergency evacuation plan with directional signage to stairways (Continually changing to suit construction) - Compliance to AS3012 including modifications and amendments to comply with recent update. Key Responsibilities:- Daily Pre-starts / Weekly toolbox talks- Supervision of all site labour (15 plus HVAC/ Mechanical, Medical gas & Cardiac earth commissioning subcontractors)- Day to Day decision making.- Representative at Client design & site sub-contractor meetings and demonstrations- Co-ordination of deliveries and major plant (Including road closures and traffic control)- Take offs / Procurement – Including initial supplier negotiations for lighting and equipment. - Variation compilation, reviews and submissions- Operations and Maintenance manual creation – Including client handover demonstrations. - Quality assurance of each subcontractor - Electrical, HVAC / Mechanical, Medical Gas, Generators and Earthing

Mater Hospital UpgradesKey Contributions: - Mains, Sub mains and sub circuit installation, fit off and commissioning throughout working hospital.Brisbane Domestic Terminal UpgradesKey Contributions: - Mains, Sub mains and sub circuit installation, fit off and commissioning throughout working Airport.

Key Contributions:- Demolition of existing infrastructure (Majority done from Heights with winches and ropes access. - Installation of new fittings - Hoisted, installed and Commissioned under working at heights procedures- Use of specifically designed aiming equipment to achieve optimum light performance and minimise light spill into unwanted areas. Specifically for broadcasting.

Key Contributions:- External underground reticulation and street lighting- Sub circuit installation, fit off and commissioning

Key Responsibilities:- Level 03 - Orthopaedic / Surgical Wards including associated staff offices, visitor and patient spaces- Install, fit off and commissioning of Power and Lighting to highly detailed specification including Body Protect and Hermtically sealed areas. - Final As-Built drawing development and review- Compiled Operation and Maintenance manuals for the project.

Key contributions:- Staged shutdowns allowing integration of the new build without any interruption to operating hours of the existing precinct. - Station Road entry and outdoor dining precinct. Reticulation, Rough in, Fit-off and Commissioning- Lighting upgrade to exisiting functional Food court. - Multiple Main Switchboard upgrades transferring existing sub-mains to new Switchboards. Timing and safe completion crucial.
