Reporting directly to the MD, I have overall responsibility to lead, develop, and progress the opportunities across Bond Solon’s Health and Social Care Business Unit and Bond Solon’s HR and People Development Business Unit. I am responsible for the vision and mission statements of these Business Units, as well as the sales and marketing remit and resource, including horizon scanning, to keep on top of market trends, understanding the size and movement of our market, and spotting gaps, threats, and seeking out opportunities. Successful track record of winning and maintain business through formal tenders and proposals.Working closely with the Head of Products and Head of Trainer Delivery to create the market leading solutions to help our clients do the right thing, in the right way, at the right time. Responsibilities also include forecasting and budgeting for the wider PLC. I am also responsible for the recruitment and training of sales staff, offering coaching, supervision and management to build enthusiasm and motivation. This also includes conducting ongoing and annual PDRs and objection setting.
