An experienced manager with over 7 years of success in Retail and Sales management. I have led many successful teams in major company's such as Costco Wholesale, JB Hi-Fi and McDonalds. Until recently I was responsible for the operations of 9 departments within Costco generating in excess of 400k a week. I was also part of the management team responsible for the successful opening of the first store in South Australia. My previous experience also includes Sales/Assistant Manager at a flagship JB Hi-Fi store and Assistant Manager at McDonalds.My co workers know me as a highly motivated and forward thinking individual who displays a high level of professionalism. I am always trying to find new ways to make my workplace more efficient, whether that be through developing staff or introducing new procedures and principles. I have set goals to progress into a senior store manager or area manager role in the future.
