I am a female Japanese currently living in Turkey. I have been living in the Middle East for more than 16 years. The languages that I speak fluently are Japanese, English, Arabic (Levantine). My Turkish is still at an intermediate level. My strenghth is having a deep understanding and insight into different cultures and the way of thinking of people (especially those in the Middle East), not to mention my language abilities. I have more than 20 years of experience in educational filed. I have been involved in volunteer activities related to Syrian refugees throughout the years of my stay in Germany and Turkey. This is the most important activity in my life. My current profession is writing articles as a freelance writer, teaching Japanese to non-Japanese speakers, and coordinating tours to the Middle East.
