I'm currently working as an online tutor for GeekBrains.ru, an educational portal for a wide range of IT-related subjects. I teach story-driven game design and writing for video games. I run webinars, review assignments and organize team activities.I also write screenplays for movies and TV shows.I'm focused on enhancing my skills as a writer and a narrative designer. In 2017 I have received a degree with distinction at VGIK (Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography). I'm currently studying at Modern Literature Practices, a school that provides in-depth learning of writing and cultural management. In the recent years I have published several short stories and collections of poems in Russian online magazines.Prior to joining GeekBrains.ru I was a game designer with Whalekit Studio, part of Mail.ru Group (formerly Glu Mobile Moscow).I have a 10-year experience in the field of developing video games for a variety of mobile platforms. I was responsible for game design of Glu Mobile's Deer Hunter titles, Age of Empires: Asian Dynasties, and Heroes of Destiny. I contributed as a game designer and level designer to a number of shooters by Glu, including Contract Killer and Frontline Commando. More recently, I've been designing the narrative and missions for Left to Survive, a story-rich free-to-play zombie action with PvP mode.As a game writer I've been writing texts for the games I've designed, including Contract Killer, Heroes of Destiny, and Left to Survive.
