1. Perform venous blood sampling using either a vacutainer holder or syringe, nasopharyngeal swab to outpatients and inpatients.2. Ensure samples are in good condition, input each appropriate examination request in the Hospistar application, print & attach barcodes to each sample (Labelling).3. Preparing and process blood, urine and faeces samples according to the examination request.4. Perform Hematology, whole blood (Cell Dyn-Abbot Ruby/5diff), blood stimulation rate (MBCM Kimased Auto 60), blood smear preparation (manual), blood smear preparation painting using Wright paint, PPT, KPTT (Stago Satelite Max), blood group.5. Performed clinical chemistry examination, glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, LDL, HDL, uric acid, BUN, serum creatinine, albumin, SGOT, SGPT, direct and total bilirubin (Mindray BS-480), serum electrolytes/Na/K/Cl/Ca (Electrolyte Analyzer type K-Lite5), HbA1c (Hipro).6. Perform Sero/Immunology, Qualitative CRP, Widal (Tubex), Rapid Test for HBs Ag, HIV, Syphilis, HCG.7. Perform Urinalysis, Complete Urine microscopic and macroscopic examination; perform Faeces examination, Complete Faeces microscopic and macroscopic examination; and perform Follow Up examination by making preparations on sputum samples and painting using Ziehl-Nelsen paint and making microscopic observations afterwards.8. Perform reagent changes on each tool, ensure cleanliness of tools, store samples, ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment, wash tools that have been used and sterilize tools that need to be sterilized on the tool.9. Inputting antigen test result data to the Ministry of Health's all records web, inputting TCM test data to the SITB & SITRUST web, recording the results of each examination in each book, printing the test results, and submitting the printed results to each room and installing them in the examination status of each patient.
