As a part of Global Marketing Operations, I am a key contributor to the overall lead follow-up process for all regions focusing on inbound lead data quality, enrichment of data, segmentation and dispatching leads in our database.Key Responsibilities:A data gatekeeper for new leads and accounts in the database. Validating the data through de-duplication, source validation and enrichment of fields (such as no. of employees, revenue, industry, segment) on all applicable records using Qlik’s various Data Tools.Ensure that the new records are enriched accurately and within agreed SLAs.Contributing to best practices in data capture.Database quality and augmentation.Collaborating with extended teams and flexibility to support key projects.Attention to detail and ability to be flexible with day-to-day marketing priorities.Desirable Knowledge of:1. Salesforce.2. Marketo. 3. DemandTool. Knowledge in MS Office Excel.Reporting and analysis.Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to turn around data enrichment work quickly and accurately.Proven ability to prioritize, work independently within a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail.
