Software Manager
Current• Installation of LiSEC software products on-site and remotely• Setting up Linux servers and clients software• First and second support line (a lot of customers' calls)• Fixing issues and bugs, collecting data for developers• Holding technical presentations for current and new customers (on-site and remotely)• Collecting customers' requests for new releases• Training customer's employees (on-site and remotely)• Participation in installation of new machines and production lines on-site• IT support for machinery department• Working with different operation systems Windows, Linux (creating simple scripts)• Working with VirtualBox, VMware• Working with DB Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL (installation, configuration, simple queries)• Technical communication with colleagues worldwide (MS Dynamics 365 Ticket system, Teems)• Weekly reports and meetings with Austrian colleagues
