Contact merchants and assist in activating their new iKhokha card machines by accuratelycapturing and managing customer details.Request FICA documents from customers for FICA verification.Liaise with Activations and Support departments.Assist the various retailers with processing of returns and activating additional units.Arranging the collection of the returned units from retailers to iKhokha Head Office.Follow up on lead sheets from the retail stores and provide feedback to Key Accounts.Contacting existing customers to encourage use of card machines.Assist marketing in driving customer discounts and promotions.Ensure technical issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly according to our Service LevelAgreements (SLAs).Escalate urgent queries or issues that require input from Senior Management.Generate weekly reports on number of card machines activated, returned and collectionsfrom retailers.Handling retail store delivery and collection querries
