• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner & implementing improvements.• Review the new order, analysis the project & engineering drawing, finally enter the order in the Quantus software.• Prepare the cut bills (BOM), issue the work order & follow-up production until completed & deliver to our customers.• Analyze technical data and specifications to determine the raw materials needed for projects, Issue the purchase order to the supplier & monitor the delivery of the raw material.• Adjust & perform CNC Programming by utilizing the Masterwork MW310 programming system & developing tooling solutions - both cutting tools and fixtures as needed.• Solve manufacturing and quality issues utilizing root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.• Prepare the machining sheet by studying work orders, blueprints, materials, specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).• Develop shop floor work instructions & create manufacturing documentation with process engineering.

• Manage production workflow and continuous improvement initiatives plan throughout the department.• Monitors production yields, scheduling and assigning personnel while establishing priorities.• Coordinates with production, supply, sales & customer service to ensure production standards & goals are achieved. • Responsible for sign off sample, review machine set-up, reduce machine downtime & improve production efficiency.• Oversee department operations and ensure all work and safety procedures are being adhered to.• Perform daily, weekly and monthly production report reviews and take required corrective actions plan.• Responsible for hiring, training to employees as well as conducting performance appraisals.

• Support production by troubleshooting, product analysis & participate in daily productivity improvement meetings.• Analysis costs implementation for new design & reduce the production cost.• Create a time study analysis and provide a process improvement initiative.• Knowledge about continuous improvement, quality, project coordination and day to day technical problem solving.• Prepare the tech pack/Product structuring and Bill of Materials on PDM (AS 400 Control Language).• Responsible for new product development, process improvement and prepare the production line.• Monitor prototype production facilities, develop floor work instruction, job hazard analysis, and safe work procedure.

• Leads the production planning and scheduling according to sales & inventory also arrange production materials to floor based on production schedules.• Performs capacity planning for equipment, floor space and manpower requirements as well as build team approaches to problem-solving and continuous improvement concepts.• Analyze repair reports from preventative and predictive maintenance, unscheduled downtime and update equipment to ensure that repeat breakdown is eliminated.• Responsible for buying materials, parts, supplies, and equipment’s in a timely and cost-effective way. • Handle the hiring, training, performance appraisal also supports safety & health initiatives in the production facilities.
