I am Md. Nuruzaman, a seasoned finance professional with 15 years of experience, specializing in Budgeting, Planning, and Financial Management for the past decade. Currently serving as the Budget & Audit Officer for the Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board (CHTDB) since September 2015, my career is characterized by a strong commitment to financial excellence and strategic planning.Within the CHTDB, I have held diverse roles, including Assistant Secretary, Public Relations Officer, and Planning Officer, showcasing adaptability and managerial skills. A significant accomplishment involves successfully managing funds for a project jointly funded by the Government and UNICEF, reflecting my ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.As the chief architect of the Board's budget, I submit comprehensive financial plans through the IBAS++ system of the Ministry of Finance and navigate the ADP Management System (AMS) of the Planning Commission for project submissions and revisions.Supplementing my practical experience, I possess proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP. Notably, I am a QuickBooks Certified Accountant, adding depth to my skill set.Before my current role, I contributed to academia as a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at Southpoint College, fostering knowledge transfer.
