-Ensure that the process of RDC data capture & auditing RDC Product and Pack Spec data is robust -Support and manage the data checks for 1st Goods Receipt of a new Product into the RDC-Monitor & manage the Data Management process-Monitor & manage the data quality of master data pertinent to the RDC, using Business Rules and experience. Be able to write queries to extract data.-Develop an appropriate understanding of the SAP Master Data Model from a business process perspective-Understand all aspects of the SAP EWM Master Data Model and the SAP Tables that hold the data-Must be able to extract data, complete data analysis, fault finding and propose suggested corrective actions-Engage with suppliers to create optimal pack sizes for the RDC-Understanding of SAP BI & Databases-SAP EWM system and process optimization to ensure maximum efficiency.-Warehouse set-up: creating of bins, resources, queues, processors, count sequence, pick sequence, bin types, etc.-Product layout analysis to have fast moves closes to outbound and minimize traveling for resources.-Generating the most efficient pick sequence to reach minimal travel distance and maximum pick with pallets.-Analysis of store layout and mirrored pick sequence to have optimized pallet and less travel distance for merchandiser at stores.-Manage and implement plans to optimize the movement, housing, and flow of stock through the RDC in an efficient and cost-effective manner.-Ensure that all Prerelease errors are investigated and actioned timeously.-Execution of Incomplete PUTAWAY’s in line with company standards-Action to be taken on all Inventory System issues highlighted by the Systems & Process Score Card.-Management of aged discontinued and suspended stock.-Investigation and corrections of variances.-Management and adjustments of damaged and broken pack size stock-Designing, loading and maintaining master data to ensure that forecasting and replenishment perform at optimal levels.
