Project Details: Acumen is a Next Generation Datawarehouse Product catering to the London Lloyds markets and Syndicates. Providing rich source of data at the lowest granularity with full history trails & data lineage. It’s a pre-built extensible data model tightly integrated with other inhouse products.Project Management:  Set the roadmap for Acumen Product which is future ready, with a vision to make this a best in class pre-built Insurance Analytics Product (BI & AI solution)  Identify and groom the existing resources to meet and deliver the above planned action items  Build and manage the 2 teams to ensure Data Lake & AI/ML deliveries  Co-ordinate with London team to identify the business case for AI/ML deliveries

Project Management: Managing below mentioned key Business areas: Transcend Project (IM Track Implementation) Data & Content Migration from the current stack to Transcend stack Integration Projects Datawarehouse & BI ODS implementation Central MIS, Management MIS’s & Support the Analytics vertical Data Quality & data cleansing  Managing 4 different teams with a team of 25 resources with varied experience and skill set Central MIS - Adhoc data and reporting requirements MISLife - BAU reporting, Management, Operations and Sales MIS MISLife - Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Cleansing, Content Migration, Landing /ODS Layer Management. IBM transcend IM Team - Data warehouse and BI reporting, SPSS data modeling  Coordinating with vendor team for delivery as per the needs of the project  Manage Transcend project delivery and ensure smooth migration of data and content from Sunset systems to the Transcend stack  Tracking and monitoring the smooth BAU processes and completion of the project and end to end delivery management across all systems Achievements:  Successfully delivered Pentaho ETL optimization projects where in reduced the overall batch process timings from 12 hours to 4.5 hours  Creation of Landing Layer to remove the dependency on the core system and release the core system to the users for business processing. Responsibilities:Testing and AnalysisProviding training to the team members of the EDM/Finance domain and Software Testing.Responsible for the domain knowledge support to the development and testing teams in India, United States and AustriaPlaying an important role in negotiating and implementing processes for testing and product release with test manager and other QA members.Creation of Usecases from functional prospective.Creation and execution of Test Cases and Bug reporting.Creation of Defect Reports and Metrics.
