I am a seasoned economic development professional with over two decades of experience driving growth and innovation. My career has spanned diverse roles, including leading the Puerto Rico Trade Office in Panama, serving as Assistant Secretary of Foreign Affairs for Puerto Rico, and spearheading the first incubation program in Caguas.Currently, I hold the position of Head of Economic Development for the Municipality of Caguas, Puerto Rico. Under my leadership, the municipality has been recognized internationally for its economic development efforts, winning multiple awards from the International Economic Development Council.
