Achievements:• Obtained a badge/specialization in user interface (UI) development.• Created a template repository using the new technology stack based on Svelte and Vite. This repository enables our product team to easily and efficiently develop high-quality UI projects.Responsibilities:• Maintain and develop a microservices-based sales application (SaaS) built in Ruby (Rails and Sinatra) that uses MariaDB and MongoDB as databases, and RabbitMQ for asynchronous tasks.• Lead an internal team in charge of migrating interfaces from the original monolithic application to redesigned micro-frontends created with Svelte, Material Web Components, Sass, and Express.js.• Train newcomers in building user interfaces.

Maintained a technology platform for our client and developed new functionalities using React on the front end and Django backend.

Achievements:• Led a free legal clinic in Piura, working remotely with the rest of the team. I contributed to reaching productivity goals that allowed us to obtain more financing from investors.• Prepared a detailed analysis of the new regulation of sanctions in the fishing sector, where I was able to detect and evidence inconsistencies and legal gaps, which helped the team prepare proposals for regulatory improvements addressed to the Ministry of Production of Peru.• Contributed to the elaboration of the "Legal guide for the defense of the ecosystems and species of the Peruvian sea" publication.• Presented as a speaker at forums and events, which helped position the name of the NGO and our project in the region.Responsibilities:• Writing legal reports, information and opinion notes on topical issues in the small-scale fishing sector.• Management of the relations between the NGO and the stakeholders, including competent public officials, as well as the leaders of the different associations of artisanal fishermen who were beneficiaries.
