I have over 3 years of experience in customer service roles, working with NatWest Group and Santander UK before joining Thirteen Group in January 2022. I am passionate about listening to and understanding the needs and aspirations of our customers and stakeholders, and collaborating with them to co-create solutions that enhance their well-being and satisfaction. I am also committed to improving our internal processes and systems to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence in our service delivery. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices in the field of community engagement, and to contribute to the mission and vision of Thirteen Group.
