- This is under Engineer Placement and Internship Program (EPIP) for 1 year conduct by Malaysian Timber Council (MTC)- Attend training with Selangor Human Resource Development Centre, involving IR4.0, Digitalization, Automation, PLC system, Lean Management, Project Management, 7QC Tools, 5S (Sep 2021-Dec 2021)- Currently On-Job Training at Techbond Manufacturing SDN. BHD. since January 2022- Possessed various role in this company including Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Project Engineer and Automation Engineer- Involve in servicing company’s machine at customer site (Terengganu, Pahang, Selangor, Johor) - Troubleshoot production line machine if machine breakdown, liaise with supplier to replace the parts and component- Make a preventive maintenance document for Maintenance department- Responsible to improve current production system towards IR4.0 at company- Leading and Conducting Project to install new packaging line for the product involving automation system to reduce manpower in the production line-Responsible to monitor Production and Process output- Working along with Planner in forecasting production where involve in Material Requirement Planning (MRP). Familiar with SAP Planner- Conducting Lean Management by doing time studies to improve productivity- Involve in New Product Introduction (NPI) liaise with R&D, Production, Operation, and QC department. Responsible to set up parameter suitable with new product- Planning and leading 5S

- This company is Joint Venture with Angkasa Kowaris Plastics (ANKOP) to manage waste and turn into new product- Given role as Design Engineer Intern to design various type of product using company's material which is Wood Plastic Composites (WPC) - Designing a chicken coop by using WPC using SolidWorks- Doing analysis on the design to determine strength, stress and strain of the product- Doing calculation and costing on the product to meet the requirement from customer and get high selling point on the designed product
