Sr Officer Quality Control
Current• Responsible to evaluate Finished Goods and ensure its timely release by complying all regulatory requirements.• Responsible for Analytical Method Validation/Verification of Finished Products.• Responsible to perform Proficiency Testing.• Responsible to do result recording in SAP.• Responsible to perform Stability studies of new/existing products on several intervals for both real time and accelerated conditions to ensure product safety and efficacy throughout its Shelf life.• Responsible to perform intermediate checks of instruments. Performed routine maintenance and calibration on testing equipment.• Responsible to perform regular testing of process/purified water, Nitrogen gas cylinders, in-process test samples and process validation testing samples. • Responsible to develop control charts of temperature and humidity monitoring of QC Lab.• Responsible to Calculate Measurement of Uncertainty, interpretation of Results and follow decision rule procedure.• Responsible to develop professional relationships and clear communication with staff of other departments to complete the assign job (including External Services). • Responsible to provide training to newcomers.• Responsible to perform all Quality Control activities as per established procedures.
