It is quite a few years that I began going down the business world, in several positions and duties. I owned my own company, worked in the shadow of great businessmen and women and currently I am in charge of the strategy in my organisation. I want to mention two things that path learnt me: I am born to be developing businesses and these businesses must be visioninng something meaningful, they must be pointing a revolution, if they may catch all my soul, at least.Currently I work developing the strategy of a Foundation that aims to change the way social stakeholders act involved on the job creation of vulnerable groups. My job is to envision the growth and direction our organisation must take and I love to do work in a team in order to reach it. After some years in the pure business area and having known several international markets as well as the Spanish, I fell in the social sector because: a) I found a group of talented people that aimed to change how things are done in the society right now (ambition and talent is what caught me) and b) I found a sector where many changes and developments had to be done, a great opportunity to spend your time in meaningful changes. My personal values are honesty and exigence above all, either at work and life and I really take care that people sourrounding me shares them too.
