I have been working in the IT industry for over 18 years with specialization in all aspects of Data Warehousing from Design & Development to Testing, Deployment, Maintenance and Management. Since May 2016 I am enjoying working as a freelance consultant in the Data Visualization and Analysis domain; developing rich Information dashboards using Tableau and MS Power BI for a multitude of clients has been the main feature along with end-to-end data flow management utilizing a variety of tools and platforms.I have worked for Teradata’s Global Consulting Center in Pakistan for 11 years with my last experience over there as Practice Manager, Managed Services for 2.5 years leading a team of 125+ individuals. IT Service design, execution and governance were the key focus areas in this role along with department level management. Previously within Teradata, I have had the opportunity to lead the Quality Assurance Department for 4 years, Data Integration Department for 2 years and several product development and project teams in different capacities like Project Management, Technical Lead, Team Coordination and DWH (ETL and BI) design and implementation consultancy. I have also been actively involved in organization level initiatives like ISO compliance, CMMi implementation, Organizational Trainings and Teradata Cares community support program. Prior to Teradata, I have worked for 6+ years as software developer at APAC Customer Services (USA), TEKsystems (USA) and Industrial Technologies (Pakistan).
