I've really come to appreciate the role and take very earnestly my role in protecting the team, and identifying what I need to do in order to keep honest communication flowing, and to keeping morale high. I'm always on the look out to identify new or novel ways to keep team members engaged. My best strategy to keep team members engaged is to work to earn their trust every day, and in my role when I can, speak for them publicly and privately.Previously, I specialized in the creation and development of software quality assurance practices and procedures for software companies. I pay special attention to both the development and the tailoring of QA practices and procedures to a company. Testing and repeatability are fundamental, but are really just stepping stones to creating and adding value. Creating and adding value to the supply chain is really where I think QA can offer the greatest contributions. I also believe that it is more important to study failures than it is to study successes for improving business processes.I am proud of my ability of being able to explain very technical details of proprietary company systems to non-technical individuals.
