So, my bio in a nutshell, and no one gets hurt 😉My professional development & personal growth in 7-year-cycles:1995 – 2002 Exploring OpportunitiesAfter earning my Abitur, I began studying mathematics, but ultimately graduated in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. To support myself, I freelanced for software companies like EDS, and German TV stations, mainly WDR and VIVA (yes, loooong time ago!).2002 – 2009 Embracing AgileI started my career as a software developer at Bayer AG, evolving into roles like architect, project manager and ultimately Product Owner of a widely-used internal open source web framework for the science and innovation area at Bayer.This experience was invaluable when I became interim CEO of ZNC-Software GmbH, our family business providing CAD/CAM/CNC solutions for manufacturing companies.2009 – 2016 Coaching AgileAfter leaving the family business, I pursued my passions for creating impactful software in high-performing teams and freelancing. I began as a developer and expert for built-in software quality, quickly transitioning into Scrum Master/Agile Coach positions. I coached teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership at various companies, financial institutions, and government agencies.2016 – 2023 Training AgileI decided to learn and grow again. In November 2019 I took a big step on this journey by becoming a Certified Scrum Trainer® with the Scrum Alliance®.I switched my business model to training and then came the pandemic! No in-person trainings and the training business on hold. It was challenging yet exciting to switch to online training very fast.But online training with worldwide competition puts pressure on the market, and companies grow tired of Agile Coaches who don’t make much of an impact.2023 – 2030 Increasing ImpactFor a higher, longer-lasting impact, I’d love to partner with you, your team, and your organization.
