Presently, the Group has a work force of more than 12,500 employees.Major Responsibilities:Responsible for managing and supervising company’s Engineering Stores having an inventory value of around SR 75 Million and 20 thousand items and a Store of Chemicals having an inventory value of SR 5 million. The inventory is managed by using Oracle Inventory Management & Oracle eAM systems. USC Engineering Store consists of: a Store of Spare Parts and Project Materials and a Store of Chemicals in the Refinery and an External Store at Jeddah Warehouse Area both for spares, large machinery and chemicals. The stores are managed by a team of 10 staff members and 2 store helpers.Tasks include: to ensure maintaining Min-Max Level; Re-ordering; control of movement(Issue, Return, Receiving etc.) of materials; to ensure reduced stock loss; disposal of excessive and obsolete materials; planning & implementing annual inventory; Generating all sorts of Reports; Tracking R&M expenditures; Cost Control; to plan and train staffs.

Major Responsibilities:• Planning and managing company’s Projects and Shutdown activities. • Scheduling all the tasks in MS Project 2007.• Taking care of PM related activities which were managed in MAXIMO.• Assisting in activities related to different Projects. • Covering Engineering Budget & Cost Controller.

SBFFL is a subsidiary company of SABINCO (Saudi Bangladesh Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Ltd.). Major Responsibilities:Head of Engineering Department. Responsible for overall operation and maintenance of all the process and utility machinery, equipment and auxiliaries of the plant. Other responsibilities include development of process equipment & machinery to improve the plant reliability, implementing safety measures, initiating and supervising civil engineering works, maintenance of plant buildings & warehouse, maintenance of utility services (gas, water & electricity) for staff residential houses, assisting Purchasing Department for local fabrication of spare parts to avoid import.

Biwater International Ltd. (Formerly Ames Crosta Babcock Ltd.) is a world reputed British company, speciliazed in Worldwide Water Engineering. I worked in its Waste Water Re-use project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Project Description: Jeddah Waste Water Re-use Project is a highly sophisticated US Dollar 60 million Advanced Tertiary Treatment Plant designed to produce 30000 cubic Meter per day potable water to WHO standard from the effluent of a conventional domestic sewage treatment plant. The plant processes comprise: Aeration, Ozonation, Lime Softening / Coagulation, Filtration, Desalination by Reverse Osmosis, RE-mineralisation / Disinfection. The plant was the then the largest of its type in the Middle East.Major Responsibilities:As Senior Mechanical Supervisor during construction period of the project, under the direction of the company’s Senior Mechanical Engineer, I was responsible for the day to day programming, materials allocation and supervision of all mechanical erection works. This involved the supervision of 22 mechanical fitters.As Mechanical Engineer / Site Manager during commissioning, trial operation and hand over period of the project, my principal responsibility was for the operation and maintenance of all the mechanical equipment of the plant. Other responsibilities included managing the site establishment, implementing and supervising site safety procedures and deputizing for the Project Manager duringhis absence. I was actively involved with the process commissioning of the plant and have gained a valuable insight into the electrical, instrumentation and process engineering aspects of this highly sophisticated water treatment plant. Assisted the local company for about one year which was awarded the contract for operation and maintenance of the plant.
