Over the last several years, I have been working with various clients in Philippines and Thailand running IT Projects and Consulting on IT Technology and Security on behalf of a Perth based company – Orange and Bronze Australia. The core project during this time was as Program/Project Manager for a SaaS POS transformation program for Minor International, based in Bangkok, Thailand.Technical Project Manager – Contracted to Orange and Bronze Australia.• Reviewed the architectural solution for each component of the overall program (POS, back of house, ESB), and worked with relevant technical staff to revise and amend as appropriate• Created the architectural solution for the call centre integration, based on business functionality requirements and technical limitations• Project managed, and took lead on the ESB integration project. • Worked with business divisions and Minor IT to ensure all business requirements and acceptance criteria were completed and to appropriate standards• Project managed the installation and deployment of new POS hardware and software, managed technical issues that arose from new installations• Monitored architecture and development work streams against Enterprise architecture (EA) strategy and identified issues and recommended resolutions to the CIO• Created the architectural map; defining the holistic view of the Minor Food eco-system front of house to back of house, integration points, APIs, SDKs, data inventory and instances• Worked closely with all development project teams, vendors, Minor IT and the business divisions to ensure all development work was completed and met business and IT requirements• Liaised with developers to ensure that all test cases were completed and documented to appropriate standards• Ran and attended daily scrum meetings with vendors and, when needed, worked to unblock teams• Monitored vendors’ performance against given KPIs and reported any issues to Program Directors

Duke is a large, US-based company which, with its foundations in the commercial kitchen equipment industry, is pioneering bringing IoT technology into the commercial kitchen. In 2014 Duke purchased STM.• Designed and developed API’s, Web Services and Micro Services for third-party POS vendors to integrate with Duke ViSOR (PMS)• Managed POS vendors’ integration through multiple APIs: Micros, Aloha, JRMS, Heetech, Xpedient and Toshiba• Liaised with stakeholders in the US, EMEA and APAC,• Managed multiple software integration projects with third-party vendors and internal Duke ERP/CMS• Led, as the SME (subject matter expert), on PMS product for global rollout• Project Managedsoftware rollouts to remote sites throughout Asia, Europe, South and North America• Gathered business requirements from the business and created user stories and acceptance criteria for product backlog.• Project Managed implementation and deployment for all global clients outside the US, including South Korea, Indonesia, UK, France, Spain, Canada, Mexico and Thailand• Worked closely with stakeholders and C-level management to communicate project status• Championed agile development• Acted as scrum master and product owner on multiple projects
