Working on implementing User Experience (UX) in On The Map digital project workflow. Educating and introducing terms like user first, mobile UX, and applying Design Thinking in the processes.Redesigning inhouse project and working with new ones: - Shopify App "Accessibly" | User research and new UX implementation based on Polaris guidelines.- Shopify App "Text Right" | User research and new UX implementation based on Polaris guidelines.- Next Shopify App in progress | project set up, team collaboration, concept creation, UX wireframes based on Polaris guidelines. Work with new clients and their digital product creation. User research, interviews, and analysis, concept creation, wireframing.Website audits internally and externally. Google Analytics observation, understanding why users exit certain pages, suggesting best practices based on website needs.

As a Student Assistant at Aarhus University (Department of Engineering) I am responsible of creating different visual content for the Lectures and Project managers:- Video creation and postproduction;- Event photography and editing;- Different graphic materials for Social Media and other purposes.

Internship based on Digital Concept Development study program in Business Academy Aarhus.- User research | Interviews with the target group, desk research about the industry.- Analysing data, what did the users said and how I can use it to make a better concept.- Prototyping. Joined Consilii team as a volunteer / intern to help them with Visual presence in Social Media. Administrated Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts for Consilii.Helped to think about Social Media strategy for a company.Was working with photography, video materials and graphics for upcoming posts.

I started to work here as an intern and continued my journey here as a part time employee to combine it with my studies.My work tasks at NAGA:- Amazon marketplace set-up. Product upload and maintenance, Advertisement.- Website redesign and maintenance.- Participation in product development. Developed 2 magnet designs, and 2 new letter designs for letter boards.- Social Media administration (Facebook and Instagram.)- Photography and video materials for Social Media.

Place where I got the biggest interest in to the Digital World, Digital Marketing, Digital Project Management and reason why chose to take education into the Denmark.My responsibilities in this work place was:Collaboration with internal and external partners in order to achieve successful execution of the plan;Research - competition, market, target audience, customer behaviour etc.;Social media - posts, customer service, problem identification and solving;Advertising budgets - budget spend monitoring and control (Adwords, Facebook);Web Analytics - monitoring and reporting against key metrics (Google Analytics, Moz);SEO - technical audit, data analysis. Content and site structure enhancement - keywords, product names, tags etc.;E-mail marketing - list update, segmentation, performance monitoring, execution, reporting (Mailchimp);Paid advertising - account administration, budget control, keywords performance tracking and ROI reporting(AdWords, Facebook);Data entry - depending on client's’ needs into the clients CMS;Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and contributing these skills/knowledge as an integral member of the team.

As Intern in Latvian founded company Digital Agency SIA "AGW", which is typical StartUp with few employees, I get know about what is Digital World and got a huge interest on it. Mostly my workday consisted of adding content to clients CMS system, editing pictures and testing how websites works. Also I was responsible of the "AGW" social media account and suggested to start making changes in "AGW" brand. I was one of the persons who helped to show how visually Digital Agency SIA "AGW" looks, and I was responsible of pictures and video materials what goes public in social media and websites.

Assisted with Marketing implementation in to the SIA "MM Studija" activities. Mostly helped with Project "TriClick" Marketing, going to the real audience, children, and talked about new and easy App. I updated Companies Logo to be more usable.Also I helped with SIA "MM studija" new website. Using easy tools we made together new website.I tried myself as telemarketing person. My responsibility was to get clients to seminar "Izaugsmes Kokteilis" about business strategies, and how to improve them in to the business.

In Children and Youth Center "Daugmale" I was responsible to make a banners and flyers to events.I also took part as Photographer and took a pictures in events that attended in Youth Center. This was my part-time job when I took education in to the Latvia Culture College of Latvian Academy of Culture.
