In the recent years, I've become involved in compliance, building my first highly automated PCI DSS compliance program from the ground up in 4 months. My experience in greenfield product development with multiple fintech and other startups gives me insight into what can be automated and how, like a fully automated change control system which saved even a small team ~2,000 hours of productive development per year.I'm interested in exchanging ideas and leaning about fellow members experiences. I am particularly interested in speaking on and hearing about greenfield development, cloud architecture, compliance and compliance automation, cybersecurity, and talent acquisition. I look at processes and procedures as the "company code" which can be improved and iterated just like any other code. I'm obsessed with achieving transformative results by looking at the business as a set of processes and combining a broad, systemic understanding with a firm understanding of tools and capabilities to simplify and automate those processes.
