I co-founded Enviromap and managed the technical division.Enviromap Pty Ltd operates in the marine and coastal environmental monitoring sector. The business is innovative in its approach to coastal monitoring and real time data collection and processing. We are continuously developing new methods, products and equipment, and able to adapt to clients’ evolving requirements.

I head up the development division – including conceptualisation, research, design and prototyping of new instruments. Each product is created for optimal performance, efficiency and durability. Integral to the system is a powerful telemetry module which communicates live measurements to the Obscape Data Portal. I also look after Obscape’s Durban-based team. Obscape supplies real-time systems for environmental and industrial observations. We create integral measurement solutions. All our systems have been developed in-house and are characterised by their reliability, ease-of-use and cost-effectiveness. Observation data are collected into the Obscape Data Portal.
