My main responsibilities where:1) to expect the bank's customers, learn about their needs and helps to choose the most appropriate banking services or to find the necessary information;2) teaching clients to use online banking and ATMs;3) informing customers about the types of investments (eg., short-term and long-term deposits, savings accounts, etc.) the benefits they bring;4) informing customers about the financing options - credit, leasing, factoring;5) informing customers about the service procedures for the receipt, processing of documents, as well as the customer's rights and obligations;5) to prepare reports on the bank's operations or customer needs;6) placed in the bank's premises presentation booklets and information materials on the Bank's services;7) organizing document circulation (sorting, tracking, transfer of archives), subject to commercial confidentiality and protection principles;°8) providing the bank with a branch office supplies, information materials and forms.
