Using a story-driven and premium-branded experience to treat aid-recipients just like iPhone users. An approach that led to only 30 lost cards from 10 000, a feat I proudly presented at UX South Africa 2018.IMPACT:- Slashed vaccination wait times by 80% in Kenya & Uganda with Journey App.- Premium branding design led to a card retention rate of over 99.7%.- Reduced Smartcare update cycle from years to days, with UX-led update from Windows forms to web tech.- Enabled award-winning blood safety web app expansion to 6 countries by UX architecting a simple translation workflow.

As a pivotal member of an international Service Design team, I bridged the gap between research, design, and development. My generalist skills were instrumental in securing 12 additional contracts beyond an initial six-week project.IMPACT- Secured 12 additional contracts, extending beyond my initial six-week engagement.- Award-Winning Innovation: Played a key role in the UX research and front-end development of 'Smart Exits.' This project led to a dramatic reduction in pension cash-outs from 61% to 26%, significantly lowered tax burdens for retirees, and boosted the client's share of preserved funds from 17% to 66%. These transformative impacts earned us a Gold Loerie for Service Design in 2017.
