I functioned autonomously directly under the VP of Operations to complete return on investment assessments for operational equipment being considered by the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. I developed an Access database with extensive data validation in order to meet USDA requirements.I am also the project lead for exploring new production scheduling methods in order to decrease operational expenses. Although we currently distribute 52 million pounds of food per year with only a 4 percent overhead cost, we continuously aim to improve our operations by implementing lean principles so that we can feed more hungry Oklahomans throughout the state.
