Export Area Manager• budgeting, planning and forecasting of Sales’ objectives on the assigned areas (USA, South Africa, Austria, Australia and New Zealand),• definition and implementation of the commercial strategy in the assigned areas (more than 10 million euros) compliant with the Company Sales objectives,• key accounting, management and consolidation of existing commercial relationships,• effective client research, prospecting and networking,• quotations and follow up,• sales reports,• after-sales service to customers aimed on solving any problems and/or complaints.Thanks to my experience in the Customer Care Dept., I’m in charge of Technical Training Courses to customers on all PIUSI software products (SSM2.0 / SSM2018 / B.SMART / MCO 2.0 / MCO GO) in USA, Far East, China, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
