After honing my HR skills in the retail, manufacturing, recruitment and NGO space, I moved abroad to take a break and re-evaluate my own career. After months of soul-searching and a lot of trying and failing, I was able to create a career I am in love with and started Narrative Coaching. From my years in talent management, I have unique insights into why people love their jobs and why they move jobs. I’ve coached hundreds of job applicants, supported managers through difficult work challenges and mentored individuals trying to figure out their place in the working world. I now help individuals navigate all kinds of career challenges and support them in creating their own story. I also support start-ups and other organisations to set up their people processes, refine their HR vision and grow their teams.
