While working as intern in InfoSphere Classic Fedration ~ L3 Development team, I got an opportunity to work on several customer reported problems.The L3 team was responsible for a set of products covering Data Replication, Change Data Capture and Data Federation technologies. My Responsibilities include:• Studying the customer’s reported Problem Management Record(PMR) and their related DB dumps to analyze and diagnosing the root cause of the issue. • Drive through the code and debug the system to recreate or possibly analyze the scenario and provide the fix for the same.• Package the code for regression and make available to QA and build team.• Build the program’s fix (PTF) on SPA-LOAD.

• Developed a prototype of SOAP based WCF Web Service which will act as a single API for serving the Production release event’s and Move’s other internal events data to Micro-strategy tools. It was enhanced to provide the results based on caller's requirement.• Worked on adding a feature to provide the server agent's status on the portal which gives the information about the last test ran on the server and the current test running on the server. Ajax was used to auto refresh the information at every 5 seconds to provide a real time view of the sever's status.• Learned to configure the Server Agents with HP Quick Test Professionals (QTP) and TFS Putters and Getters of TestTrack server. Learned some of the Sysinternal utilities provided by Microsoft windows like Process Monitor, Process Explorer to debug the reasons of failing the test to run on the QTP agents.
