PayDo SpA is a fintech startup that aims to support companies in the evolution of payments and collection processes.- Built and managed the IT and Operations Team (as of today 11 persons divided in IT, Cyber Security and Demand)- Led IT and Operations Team during setup and growth of the company achieving the pre-established objectives with costs 25% lower than the budget foreseen- Devised a variant of the initial idea which in the first year brought overall volumes more than x10 compared to the previous service (volumes per customer increased tenfold)- Coordinated the creation of two new products, from the design to the go-live- Selected and coordinated more than ten suppliers and outsourcer- Led the migration of the infrastructure from on-premise to AWS cloud platform- Managed Accounting and HR functions- Managed the application for 2 patents, one as inventor- Supported the CEO in managing the relationships with Venture Capitalists and Regulator- Supported the Sales Team in the Business development activities
