The new facility will be equipped with BIESSE's signature Rover Gold 1232 CNC machine and a squad of modern woodworking machineries to support the operation. My role to include initial setup of the machineries, hiring and training machine operators and jumpstart their product development process, adapting to the new production process utilizing modern machineries.

Bali Design Center provides custom fabrication work from start to finish. BDC prouds itself as Dream Factory for its clients. BDC clients ranges from individuals with startup projects looking to do prototyping, villa and restaurant owners, and corporates. My role at BDC was very dynamic, started as a production manager, I was responsible for day to day operations of the production floor. From making sure materials are readily available, figuring out the best way to produce an order, supervising production team, quality control and organizing delivery and installation. Given the nature of custom fabrications, one project differs from the next, which requires a dynamic approach and extensive knowledge of local vendors and suppliers to complete each project. After a sudden change in management, I was required to take on broader responsibilities which includes overseeing financial operations and customer relation.
