Executed the project as a delivery manager.

Organized and executed job fairs in the Dallas and Atlanta areas. Led the effort in sales, event organization, event marketing and candidate identification.Developed a method to identify talented candidates so that companies that attended the fairs were able to identify prime candidates for their open reqs.Our efforts led us to compete directly with CareerBuilder.com and Monster.com.Successfully raised $75,000 in startup funding.
