Learning and Development Director to oversee Contact Center Trainers, and QA Team. Develop and maintain updated Training Manuals, QA Scorecards, Materials, e-learning Aids, and handbooks. Conduct Online Seminars with company staff, serve as Ensurem’s Subject Matter Expert -All Things Medicare internally and to external clients. Serve as company point of contact for carrier reps and for SunFire CRM platform. Mentor, train and professionally develop existing and new hire employees. Coordinate with C-level management, VPs, and other department directors to advise and consult on proper CMS Guidelines and Best Practices. Oversee New Hire Training Classes to deliver training materials effectively by using a variety of technology such as e-learning, slide decks, podcasts, LITMOS web-based and printed materials. Facilitate learning with existing and new employees in an engaging and informative manner by preparing, implementing, and administering compliance-training plans to assure compliance with proper procedures that meet CMS regulations and carrier requirements. Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the broad support of the organization by the CEO, CFO, VPs, and Department Directors.
