Jafza One Towers & Convention Center (DP World)Manage all Fit-Out Works as per JAFZA policies and Fit-Out Manual rules & procedures, including submissions, approvals, connections, integrity of installed assets & systems including BMS & additional assets in each development phase of Jafza one as an integrated facility like 2no's office tower, convention center & exhibition halls, F&B units 22 no's, 2 major restaurants, & 12 retails units.Key Responsibilities•Communicated & liaised with Tenants, Move & Occupancy planning of tenants, Maintain a good relationship with client and tenant.•Performed screening and pre-qualification of fit-out Consultants & Contractors.•Basic profiling of the companies that the tenant would like to appoint as consultant or contractor: insurance, trade license, approvals from TRAKHEES, DCD & DEWA.•Managed & coordinated main contractor & security on all site access / Permits to Work/Handover, Service Lifts / Protection etc. and related activities.•Evaluated fit-out proposals to comply with Authorities regulations, the compatibility of the materials with the existing building.•assets and the integrity of the facility Reviewed the drawings (Architecture & MEP), material & equipment submittals to assess compliance with the design criteria stated in the fit-out manual.•Issued the general and specific permits to work.•Conduct Inspection of utilities before closure of the ceiling by the fit-out contractor Work / Handover, Service Lifts / Protection etc. and related activities.•Evaluated fit-out proposals to comply with Authorities regulations, the compatibility of the materials with the existing building assets and the integrity of the facility.•Reviewed the drawings (Architecture & MEP), material & equipment submittals to assess compliance with the design criteria stated in the fit-out manual Issued the general and specific permits to work.
